Chase City Car, Truck and Bike Show Photo 1

Chase City held its annual Car, Truck and Bike Show on Saturday May 4th. It was a cloudy day with occasional drizzle. Many of the vehicles stayed dry by parking under the roof of the Mecklenburg Electric Co-op's pavilion. Despite the rain and the memory of those nasty storms on Thursday, there was a nice group of special vehicles. When I stopped in town to eat lunch someone asked me if the show had been cancelled. Real car hobbyists aren't afraid of a little rain. Only wimps stay home with the remote control in their hands.

Because the cars were parked close together under the pavilion I had to do some "touch-up" on them to lighten them. More photos are on a second page.
